We currently deliver to Queensland (QLD) and New South Wales (NSW) only.

SE QLD Delivery

Selected South East Queensland postcodes (including Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas) qualify for our local delivery rate.

• Dispatch: usually within 1–2 business days

Flat Freight – QLD & NSW

All other deliverable postcodes in QLD and NSW are charged a flat freight fee of:

• $199 per order

This covers most metro and regional areas.

Remote NSW Postcodes (High Freight Areas)

Our freight partners charge significantly higher rates to some remote NSW locations.
The following NSW postcodes are not covered by our $199 flat freight:

2731–2739, 2835, 2836, 2838, 2839, 2840, 2878, 2898, 2899

If you place an order to one of these postcodes:

1. We’ll contact you with a confirmed freight quote; and

2. You can either approve and pay the additional freight charge, or request a full refund of your order.

We will never dispatch an order to these postcodes without confirming freight first.

Estimated timeframes

• Brisbane Metro: ~1–3 business days
• NSW: ~2–5 business days
• Regional & Remote: ~3–10 business days

Packaging & Care

• Stone tops are protected in reinforced packaging. Please handle with care upon delivery.

Authority to Leave

• Couriers may require a signature for stone items.
• If Authority to Leave (ATL) is required, please add a note to your order at checkout.

Damaged in Transit

• If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.
