At Hora Bathrooms, all products are manufactured to high standards and inspected prior to dispatch. Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects only and applies when products are installed, used, and maintained correctly. This policy is designed to protect both you and us by clearly outlining responsibilities and exclusions.
Stone Tops – 1-Year Residential Warranty
Covered when:

The product is installed by a licensed tradesperson (mandatory)

Used for residential purposes under normal conditions

Cleaning and maintenance instructions have been followed
This warranty applies to:

Structural or manufacturing defects in the stone

Issues that appear through normal residential use
Not covered:

Installation by an unlicensed or unqualified installer

Damage caused by:

Incorrect installation, movement, or structural stress

Use of harsh chemicals, bleach, acidic or abrasive cleaners

Water pooling, standing moisture, or improper sealing

Impact, chips, cracks, or thermal shock

Alterations or modifications after delivery

Natural variations in stone pattern, colour, texture, or veining
Stone is a natural material and variations are expected; these are not considered defects.
Cabinet Structure & Hardware – 5-Year Residential Warranty
This warranty applies to:

Cabinet carcass/frame
-
Internal structure
-
Hinges, drawer runners, and hardware components
Provided the product has been:

Installed correctly
-
Used in normal residential conditions
-
Not exposed to excessive moisture, water pooling, or improper cleaning products
Not covered:
-
Swelling, warping, or damage caused by standing water, humidity, or improper sealing

Misuse, neglect, accidental damage or impact
-
Harsh chemical exposure
-
Wear and tear, minor cosmetic marks, or colour variation

Commercial use (unless approved in writing)
General Warranty Conditions
Warranty is valid only with:

Proof of purchase

Clear photographs/videos of the issue

Proof of licensed installation (for stone tops)
Warranty will be void if:

The product is modified, altered, cut, drilled, or adjusted after delivery

Incorrect installation instructions were followed

Non-approved cleaning products were used

The product has been subject to negligence, misuse, or abnormal conditions
Our Remedy
If a product is deemed defective under this policy, we may choose to:

Repair the item

Replace the defective part or product
-
Offer a store credit or partial refund where repair/replacement is not practical
The remedy is at Hora Bathrooms’ discretion.
No claim will exceed the original purchase price of the product.
